Where do I buy DocSafe products?
At checkout with our retail partner. The buy button on a product takes you there, and payment, delivery and returns are handled there too.
Will legal paper lie flat?
In the flat document bag and the 6400°F box, yes. In the file boxes, legal hanging folders fit on the rails. The accordion organizers are cut for letter and A4.
How do the combination locks work?
They are 3-digit locks on the zipper pulls. You set your own code, and there is no key.
What does the heat rating mean?
It is the rating of the wall materials, silicone-coated fiberglass and aluminum foil. It runs from 2000°F in the file box with lid to 6400°F in our largest document box.

Are DocSafe products waterproof?
They are water resistant. Silicone-coated fabric sheds spray, and flaps cover the zippers on some models. They are not made to sit under water.
Do the file boxes come with folders?
No. The boxes come empty. Hanging folders in the photos are for scale.
How are DocSafe prices kept current?
We update them regularly. The last update was on 1 October 2026, and prices can move between updates.
Do the file boxes fold flat?
Yes. All five collapse when empty. On the rolling box, take the wheels off first.
